It took some time but it finally happened!

Rule of thumb: if you're happy with Squeeze’s X, stick to it. If you need a newer driver, for example for Intel Sandy Bridge, then give squeeze-backports a shot, and cross fingers!

As usual, x.debian.net contains the relevant documentation. Hopefully, the short squeeze-backports instructions will be sufficient. If you encounter some issues, feel free to contact debian-x@.
